E-Pack Polymers Pvt. Ltd. defines the industry of EPS Packaging and PUF Panels in a completely new language. Our products carry the hallmark of efficient functions catering to numerous industries. We are a full service insulation & packaging company, specializing in custom molded & custom fabricated protective EPS packaging, along with PUF Sandwich Panels. Our professionals make sure the follow of complete design engineering, prototype sampling, part production and just-in-time delivery in all our assignments. Established in 1989, we have remained engaged in the manufacture and export of EPS packaging for a considerable period. Extending further, our company established a state-of-the-art processing facility having India's largest Block Mold. In the year 2002, we undertook LG India's fist Air Condition EMS, succeeded by Microwave Oven Assembling. The year 2007, shifted our march towards the Telecom Sector. Our company has plans to venture in the field of Telecom Air Conditioners and Air Ventilation Systems in the near future. We provide common and custom sheet metal fabricating work including cutting, drilling, firming, bending, welding, assembly and finishing as per customer's specification. We are ISO 9001:2000 & ISO 14000 certified, and also the member of Telecom Equipment Manufacturers' Association (TEMA). Our manufacturing unit possesses the ability to annually manufacture 2,50000 sq. mtrs of PU panels every month. About Our Group
E-Pack (East India Group) was established in the year 1989 with an aim to be the leading processor of EPS (Thermocol) and with a client list that reads like an international “Who's Who”. The Group has a hardcore technical and commercial team coupled with financial soundness, systems driven & performance oriented culture, ethical business practices and focus on innovations. Marking Traits of Our Specialization
Our PUF panels are fabricated Sandwich Panels, engineered and manufactured with CFC free polyurethane material including the characteristics: - These easily installed panels are ready to assemble for Cold Storage, Shelters, Super Markets, Floriculture, Horticulture, Building Sheds, Temporary Buildings, etc.
- These light weight, compact & construction friendly panels are provided with Tongue & Groove joints and specially designed Cam locks to enhance airtight assembly
- Available in outer cladding such as pre-coated GI sheets, FRP sheets, SS, Aluminium, GI, etc., these panels are sturdy enough for temperature (-180oC to +140oC)
- Having fire retardant and self extinguishing features, these panels have standard 40 KG/M3 density
- These low maintenance panels with thickness available from 50 mm. to 250 mm. are portable & can be re-localized.
Infrastructural Setup
Our workforce consists of numerous skilled engineers, technicians, management personnel and other technical & non-technical workers who give us an added edge over others. Till now, we have supplied more than 2000 telecom shelters to major telecom giants like Reliance Telecoms, Quipo Infrastructure, Xcel, etc.
In addition, our production units are well equipped with all the latest technologies and sophisticated machines including Discontinuous Type Fully Automatic Foaming Italian Press Machines, Fully Automatic Press (Make ORMA), High Pressure Unit (Make Cannon) and Roll Forming Machines (Make Korean).
